I would focus on certain larger companies. Many now have anti-discrimination policies about ts folk.

During transition, a TS individual will usually go through a gender-neutral phase. This is going to cause problems whereever you are, simply because people don't like the uncertainty at your gender.

Finding a place to work with Unisex bathrooms is very important.

Find a club that hires TG's. But you can keep your regular job if you so choose to. Just because you are making a change it does not mean every employer gets to get rid of you. I understand if you are trying to avoid being mocked. You can work in a store or shop that caters to TG's if not open your own and start a business. You will be surprised how many people would support you.

Employers are not supposed to discriminate. Try nursing or hair dressing.
