I logged onto my computer this morning and the Windows OneCare was red...:( It said it was unable to update the anti-virus and spyware. I don't know what to do about this! I went to the Microsoft help page but that was not very useful. Help me please!?

My personal opinion would be to remove the software and install avast or avg (both available for free for non-commercial use). Microsoft Antivirus recently (this week) came in last place in detecting viruses.
My best guess as to what is wrong... your computer is infected with a virus that is preventing the software from updating.
Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and perform an online scan. See what you come up with.

I actual have an analogous situation... different than that LOC does not start up. era. And it crashed a activity toolset (NeverWinter Nights toolset). appeared to have surpassed off this previous Saturday night into Sunday morning for me. i replaced into on till 0200 Sunday and it worked positive, yet at 1000 Sunday morning it died - and took the activity toolset with it. i'm thinking it replaced into some style of replace that it did and not something you probably did - as all I did replaced into start up my gadget and attempt to start the courses. not the rest is affected different than those 2 courses, for me besides. somebody on line has stated there has been a ".internet framework" substitute that LOC and the activity could be related to - and stay and die by potential of, curiously. My next step is to wipe my device difficultchronic thoroughly and reinstall my courses.
