I've heard that Cocoa butter is good for your body, and I am a 20 year old, with pretty much sensitive skin, I don't have horrible acne, but I do get the occasional breakouts....Does anyone know if 100% pure cocoa butter is good for your face? Or could it cause more breakouts?

Cocoa butter is typically used for very dry skin and for your body.

If your skin is sensitive then I recommend you using it during the Winter months when it feels the driest. During the Summer when you sweat the Cocoa butter richness may clod your pores and cause breakouts. I recommend you using an SPF moisturizer that is oil free. Neutrogena has a very large line of SPF that are dermatologist recommended and they are inexpensive at your local pharmacy.

I would use the cocoa butter on fine wrinkles and lines- but your are very young, so I would use the cocoa butter on your body, like your knees, elbows and heels.

If you already have oily skin cocoa butter might not be your best bet. It will just clog your pores even more and lead to more breakouts. Try using a non-oil based moisturizer.. something light that also has acne-fighting agents in it... the proactive lotion works for me... even if you dont buy the whole set.. the lotion is good stuff =)
