We are naturally equals. the man balances the woman and the woman balances the man. it is a vis-visa thing. the man makes the decision, the woman agrees on it. or the other way round.

In our society today, men tend have more power than woman. Women are oppressed by men. It is basically a biological thing as men are more looked upon in society because they are, in most cases the bredwinner in most households. Men get better jobs easier than women. If women have the same jobs as some men, they have to work twice as hard as the men in order to get promotion. So, yes, man is upper than woman.

It is mutual thing. You should not think of each other as more supirior to one another.....
You both have to agree on smething, not one make the decision and the other not agree on it!
