Is the clock age of the earth a real time or a relative time?

when speaking of the age of the earth then yes it is earth time. in otherwords the earth is 4.5 billion years old because it has orbited the sun 4.5 billion times. but time is relative, relative to the observer...this can get confusing but, an alein traveling at the speed of light away from earth might judge earths age to be different than the age we assign to it. so yes time is relative but when we speak of time we are the observers so the time we assign to the earth is relative to us!!!!

Only the speed of light is absolute in relativity. It takes some major mathematical and physical contortions to make that happen, but that is exactly what relativity does. It makes time and space variable in just the right way so that the speed of light is always the same even for people moving at different speeds. It explains how a car driving at half the speed of light can see the light of its own headlights moving out ahead of it at the speed of light while a person standing still behind the car sees the car moving away at half the speed of light and the light from its headlights moving away at the speed of light and not one and a half times the speed of light.
