do you mean legally? I guess it depends on where you work and who you work for. I know that i have a degree in business finance and i didnt even get a job. A friend in accounting makes about 40k a year, after five years for the same place.

I agree with the second answer. I helped build/upgrade A airport runway for the CPA of Hewlett Packard. While I was there, she arrived in her own personal jet plain. and was met by a limo.

It depends on who you work for, your attitude, your interview, your experience, your college gpa, etc......It will depend on all these factors and more.
