It has just been on the radio that Barclaycard are closing a call centre in Manchester and relocating to India.

Fail to see the point in any firm moving it communication system to India, if their british customers cannot then understand what the hell the communication is about.
Its not done in order to improve the system you know, it done to save the company money. Your convenience has sod all to do with it.
