Hi im Zenna and i'd appreciate some help, No one else wants to know. It started last year when my boyfriend of 7 months broke up with me because he found someone else- someone thinner. From that point on, I exercised obsessively, and eventually decided to give up eating. Its easier now than it used to be, my body seems to have adjusted to having a lack of food.. Obviously i was heartbroken at the time of the break up and still feel really down about the whole situation. I havent eaten properly for a good year now, and sometimes if im forced to [such as dinner plans or birthdays] I go to the bathroom and get it out of my stomach. Im near;y 18 years old, and i weight just about 6 stone. I measure myself all the time, and im now becoming afraid- infact terrified- of putting on weight. My periods have become very light and i often feel dizzy. Im at the stage where i physically cannot eat, and im starting to see what damage it's doing... How do i eat? xx

You need to get help. Go into some sort of therapy or counseling. It will take time to actually be able to eat regular meals again. And from experience I know that when you go to take a bite of food a little voice inside your head will say "Don't eat it, you fatty!" But you have to disregard the voice and not believe it. Try eating just small bits of food such as an apple or something to start out with. And then increase your intake as you go on. Also, this will probably make your stomach hurt since it is not used to food so I'd suggest getting some Tums or Rolaids to carry around with you. Most importantly, you need to share your problems with someone. A friend can help you out and sort of be an eating coach. A counseler can help you deal with your issues of your boyfriend leaving you and self image. You are not fat and you're boy friend is an a s s hole for leaving you because you were not as thin as someone else. Good luck, hun!

try eating small meals at a time until your comfortable with eating an okay sized meal. I know how it feels to not want to eat. I use to be able to go like 3 days with out eating. I also know how it feels when some one makes you want to eat. It makes you not want to eat even more. I had to go to a theropist because my parents thought I had an eating disorder, and it didnt help me out at all. So I'm not going to tell you to go to one. Like I said, just try and eat a little at a time and see what that does. If you just eat some of the 5 food groups and things like that. Than your bodys getting nurture. It needs that. I hope I helped. And hurry up and eat soon. You could die from this. And I dont think you should die. I dont think anyone should die. Hope things get better for you.

You need to go into a treatment program. They will likely get you on an antidepressant, I have heard that Prozac helps a lot with eating disorders. Unfortunately, I think you are to far gone to help yourself.

I think you must go urgent to a doctor and take some treatment,to make you eat and also to give you straight to resist the stress, because I think you are very much stressed!!!!!!!
