Can stewie´s family, in family guy listen 2 him? (excepting the dog)?

What do u think? sometimes it seems like they do, but most of the time they just ignore him.

They can but sometimes just dismiss what he says as baby babble. You can always tell by the way the other react to what he says.

They do acknowldge him sometimes and the other times they just ignore him.

I think his words are just mumble jumble to the other humans except other babies and in his dreams.
