Saitek GH20/30 Headset How do I use the microphone?

Hi!I just bought Saitek GH20/30 (http://www.saitek.com/uk/prod/gh20.htm) headset.I have installed the headphone correctly and inserted microphone's jackplug into the correct microphone something into my computer(i don't know how does it called) and I can see that it is inserted from my Realtek Sound-card panel.Does any know how to make it work?Please help me.
