You can take the shower curtain off and soak in a bucket of water and a bit of bleach then take out of the bucket and rinse off then hang up.

You could give the curtain a scrub with a bleach and water mix when you are taking a shower.

Or buy cheapo $2 shower curtains so you can throw them out when they get dirty.

You got two options, first doing it weekly at least you put some bleach into the borders in the bottom, wait a couple second and brush, if u dont have the time to make a properly cleanning weekly, then u have to remove at least monthly the entire shower curtain and hand brushin with bleach and some other shower detergent to remove stain or the soap that stays on it.

Hope this can help u :-)... I just love cleanning!

I just take the curtain down and spray bleach and water on it then scrub it with a brush, then I hang it back up and spray it with water. If you have a fabric shower curtain, you can run it through the washing machine and hang dry it.

If it's the plastic inside liner, spray some Tilex or a bottle with some bleach/water mixture. Turn the fan on and leave it to soak for a day. Rinse.

Other option, take them off, throw them in the washer on delicate and put some bleach and a little oxy clean. Take it out, hang it back up and you're good to go.

take it down and throw it in with a load of towels. Leave the lid up on the washer. When the wash cycle is done, take it out dripping wet and hang it back up. It will be clean and it will drip dry right into the tub. Oh. Don't forget to go back and close the lid on the washer so that the towels get done. I do it all the time. They come out great.

I don't take down the shower curtains, instead I put them , still hanging, in a bucket to be soaked and bleached in hot water.

I use a stool high enough placed under the curtains to bring it down into the bucket.

you need to buy four or five scrub brushes
and get four cute girls and you
and get int he shower and all take a corner of the shower including the shower curtain, and all soap up

the walls and curtain and start scrubbing
and before you know it, it ALL will be clean

or throw it out and get a new one....
but I would try my first suggestion, first

smile
good luck

P.S.
keep the old shower curtain even after you buy a new one, so you can put it up when NEEDED...SMILE...........

If it is vinyl or plastic, run it through a wash cycle with a white towel with hot water and about a cup of white vinegar. This really works. You can either hang it to dry or dry it on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, but you have to remove it right away and stretch it out as the vinyl and plastic becomes soft.
If it is fabric, run it through a wash cycle with detergent and OxyClean. Don't use fabric softener. Just hang it to dry.

please do not take the advice of some. do not use bleach. use very little detergent and a cup of vinegar if it plastic. if it is fabric first do not use fabric softener after about a week it starts to smell mildewy i don't know why but it does. and do NOT dry fabric. you can dry the plastic but not too long it only needs about 15 min,. but after my ex mother in law told me about the vinegar in the vinyl shower curtains i would never try anything else. if anything try this first you will be amazed.

Take it down and soak it in hot soapy bleach water for about a half hour. Take it out and scrub it with Ajax rinse and it should be as new!
