At what point in the cycle?
Two-cycle or four-cycle gasoline engine?

Normally ignition occurs BTDC by a few degrees. thus the pressure increases after ignition since the piston is still rising. Once TDC is reached, the pressure drops sharply as the piston is pushed down by the fuel-air mix that is still burning.
