you will notice the size difference, sounds like you have male and female in the tank, in this case your guppies WILL be pregnant and they wont stop breeding.
they may have already had young (they are livebearers which means they give birth rather than leave eggs) the young will pop out and look for a hiding place, if none then they will be eaten.
this is why they have so many young, so often.
the bellies will grow, when closer to giving birth the gravid spot will become darker.
you can buy a breeding tank but timing is important, too late could stress the female, and lose the young....but be prepared to have so many young you will not know what to do with them.
get planty naturals hiding places, rocks and bushy plants help and let nature take its course.
first time you watch them give birth is quite a good feeling.

a majority of female guppies are acctualy born pregnant, the stomach of the fish starts to enlarge and to the rear or the fish where the body becomes almost seethrough it will start to turn black as the eyes of the babies are the most prominent thing seen. the stomach of a guppie can grow the the size of a small marble and they may look as if they are going to explode but don't worrie, and if you want the babies to survive then o form of floating plant for them to hide in is best.

They will have bigger tummys then the rest of the guppies, also the bottom corner of the tummy would be dark/black in colour.

look towards the anal fin if this area is dark pink to brown-black and the fish looks broad from above it is more than likely ready to give birth expect between 20-200 babies
