I have a Nokia on O2 PAYG. I can access O2 active and web pages using (I assume) GPRS. However, when I try to use an application which needs a GPRS connection, such as Sky+ by mobile, I get the message "Unable to make GPRS connection"

I have checked all the settings and searched on the internet.

Does anyone have any ideas?

You need to go to o2.co.uk and go to support. Its possible that you havent activated or saved the settings. Its also possible that some of stuff you're trying to do only works with a contract phone.
