why does my Zire (72) crash(brick) everytime i use palmone quick install?

when i try to use it via hotsync, it will crash halfway done saying ''FATAL EXCEPTION'' with a RESET button. forcing me to force a hard reset by plugging in the power pos and neg switched til it shuts off and works again.

You might be installing software the Z72 can't handle to have in its internal memory. Try installing those programs onto an SD card through an SD card reader on your computer (if you have one), and it might fix the problem.

Also, make sure your Z72's hotsync ID is different than any other Palms you might have.

Remember: HackMaster (and other hacking systems) do NOT work on Palm OS 5 PDA's
