Is there a real chance that my underwear may fall onto the street?
Since I haven't had a chance to do laundry in a few days, I am stuck with a baggy but well-ventilated pair of underwear.

There is a chance that your underwear will fall off onto the street, that's for sure. Best to have it tied with a rope or something or have it sanwiched with your belt...
