an asset to her campaign or an insult to the southern people? I choose the latter, but that's just me.

I found it very insulting...it wasn't even a good Southern accent...Forest Gumps was better...I was very offended by her condescending actions...I feel like emotional stress has been put on me ( I wonder if the ACLU would pick up my law suit against her?...)...all her little acting did was lose her the majority of the votes in the South...why isn't the media lining up to condemn her...I feel it is the same as speaking with a Asian or Indian accent...it is singling out a group and making fun of them...she lost the Southern vote...

She's from Illinois but lived most of her adult life in Arkansas. Now she says she's a "New Yorker" while she fakes a southern accent. Actually, I think it was more insulting to the blacks and, if the truth were told, that was not a 'southern' accent, it was her 'inner black voice'. If she had ANY shame, she'd just drop out now instead of trying to become the "Queen of the World".

Personally, I'm from Memphis and I'm insulted anytime she makes it south of the Mason-Dixon.

It was an obvious insult to southerners. It is as if she thinks that a southern audience is stupid and slower than other audiences (like the rocket scientists up north-- who are the only people fool enough to elect the troll!), so she "dumbed it down" for the poor, pitiful, southern audience's benefit.

I,as a southern female, stumbled on her pretend accessory rather repulsive. She in simple terms must be herself. She is a smart female and that i'm uncertain why she might do something so dumb.Than back she is human and makes errors like the rest people.

It wasn't an insult to Southern people. We're smart enough to see through her. She's a fake. Always has been, always will be.

I'm a southern woman and believe me, she is neither southern nor woman. She needs to drop out and let a real person run for President.

Shes a freak!! She should not be running for ANY office of the government!! What she should be doing is trying to get on TV and be the next "Jenny Jones".

Both. She doesn't expect to win Southern states anyway (they're "red"). Why not embrace the contempt most "blue staters" show us?

She got it by drinking from a Dixi Cup. I found it gratuitous and insulting.
