The disadvantages of time management is that it takes time away from performing the actual job.

1. Not doing what you want, when you want to!
2. Being nuerotic.
3. Being called a dork by your non-time management friends.
4. Always having to carry a big calendar or planner with you.
5. Spending extra $$$ on pencils to write in your big calendar or planner.
6. Feeling like a slave to the clock.
7. Limiting the time you spend on Yahoo! Answers.
8. Remembering to pencil in time to weigh the pros and cons of time management.
9. Giving up "me days" because your whole life is planned.
10.Not smelling any roses (unless you've pre-allotted time for it.)

I did not know that it had disadvantages too! One could be that you feel like a robot, a machine, constantly looking up your scheduler, lacking all spontaneity...
But that is far better than being chaotic and slip shod in life.

I was never able to follow up my time management. Managing you time sometimes is not up to you but it's up to others (boss, family).
