If I lived on the West Coast,what would be my prime time for asking political questions???

I figured that 8:00 am or 9:00 am might be the best.What do you think would be the best time to ask since East coast is three hours ahead of my time zone???...Thanks for your insight

Best time is night time when you can get the adults, so more like 6-7pm pst.
