You want to put a PCI slot on your motherboard or are you looking to add a PCI graphic card to an existing PCI slot on your motherboard?
If the slot does not exist there is really no way to add a PCI slot. You would have to replace the motherboard. Hope this helps.

If you do not have a open PCI slot on your motherboard then you can not add one to the motherboard. You will need to get a new board. If you have an open slot then you just need to take off the space cover in back, and install the card you want.
Good Luck.

I'm sorry but You cannot add a PCI slot onto your motherboard - your motherboard comes with a fixed number of PCI, PCI - x16 slots. You can insert a card into a slot.. if the slot exists, otherwise I dont think you can.
you'll need to replace a current slot component , if you can do away with it.
Else, get yourself a new MObo

Are you talking about adding the graphics card, or adding a new PCI slot?
If it's the card, turn off the PC, open the case, put the card in. Make sure it fits snugly, then screw it down. Turn the PC on, and install the drivers.
If you want to add slots, you'll need something like this - http://www.mobl.com/expansion/products/pci_expansion/7slot6466/index.html.

you remove the dust plate with a screwdriver and then fit the card in the slot with the tab lining up with the screw hole...it's really that simple. Then just boot up and install your driver.
PCI bus graphics are entirely outdated....check that you don't have at least an agp slot on your motherboard....or just don't have any tremendous expectations about playing new games or anything like that.

If the PCI slot isn't already there, you can't add one. You'll have to remove another card, buy a newer motherboard, or buy a newer computer. If the box is more then three or four years old, buy a new box.

unless you know circuitry like the back of your hand , physically adding a pci controller to your motherboard is impossible

If your main board supported two VGA cards you can add a new VGA card into your system.
