Who put the ram In the rama lama ding dong?
HAHA Sorry! I don't know the answer to your question but as soon as I read it this is what I thought of and I thought it was funny. But that is a very good question. What the crap does it stand for? Why tee or "t"?

The origin of the name is uncertain: many refer to the shape of the shirt as a "T", while it could also emphasize the use of the army as a "training shirt". Who knows? I don't however, the shoulders with the arms wide apart is in the shape of a T so I am guessing it was derive from that.

Bolivar T. Shagnasty he got the idea from his thumb which he pricked several times when sewing the first one. It was once believed that it was named after his middle initial which stood for Theodore. Now if you believe that I got some real estate we need to discuss.
