The statement that "greenland (sic) breaks apart, falls into the ocean, and melts" is simplistic at best. The ice will melt but Greenland will not go anywhere, it is composed of continental crust. Also, I live in Texas and I can assure you if all the ice in the world melted I would not be flooded, not at 4000 feet above sea-level. I do agree it will happen in our lifetime, unless Al Gore stops using twelve times the electricity in his mansion when compared to the average household. That is an inconvenient truth for Mr. Gore.

greenland breaks apart, falls into the ocean, and melts.
Florida, texas, louisiana, the carolinas, california, will be flooded and remain underwater.
this will happen in our lifetime. probally within the next 10-20 years. maybe sooner.
