I was wondering if someone could use PC Anywhere or another such program to view what I am doing or have done?

Its called a backdoor trojan virus :) + keylogger

keyloggers
Unauthorized access
Monitoring applications
Remote access software

If you have anti virus software installed, you should be fine. A free program that works great is avast.

yes in 2 ways:

1) if you setup remote desktop software
2) if hackers setup tojan to your PC (so you quality antivirus and firewalls to stop it)
