kids hey! : )
Get some t cut & a cloth & with a bit of elbow grease should do the trick..if it dos't then use 'tar & glue' remover !it works on alot of things not just tar & glue & it's fine for car paint work, it's what all car valeters use. you can buy it from your local car discount store. It's really good stuff, handy to keep around the house too as you can remove stuff like sticky labels & chewing gum from clothes etc.. : )
IF>> the whiteout has been on your car a while & it's still hard coming off or still visable then use /borrow a buffer(mop) & buff it out using t.cut. It is pretty easy to do yourself but if your really stuck still then go to a car valeter through the yellow pages,

Okay! What you do is get a soft cloth! soft as possible! And get a can of some paint thinner! Don't pour it heavily on the rag! Put the ragover the opening of the can. Tilt the can fast & slightly enough to swiftly wet the rag! Gently rub where the whiteout paint is untill it comes off! If it does leave marks in the pain! Wash the car totaly and dry off! Then take some turttle wax & wax the whole car! I'f thier still is marks on the hood where pain was you might depending on how long the paint was on the hood have too have at least the hood buffed out????Hope this helps!

Try to use a high pressure washer to remove the whiteout. If there is still some left on the paint you will need to try a paint cutting compound.

There are alot of issues which would be used to eliminate paint. A vandal is often going to apply brakefluid or paint thinner, considering the fact that maximum paint removers are going to have a colour to them, and brake fluid and paint thinner take awhile to circulate to pot the paint to a noticable point so that is harder to music down who did it. Acids that are used to eliminate paint are puzzling to return by technique of so as that may not a possibly option till you pissed somebody off that works at a physique save.

I would trya claybar before anthing else as a claybar has a %0 chance of ruining your finish if that fails try mr clean magic eraser but i would save the acetone and thinner for last as this will damage the finish of the car

Should wipe off with warm soapy water and sponge. Don't use chemicals or abrasives. It should not soak into the paint.

Try rubbing alcohol or acetone. Then wash/wax the hood, and put the kid in timeout!

what you need is a non abrasive solution so as not to scratch or remove the paint.
I would try something like SOFT SCRUB
or even TOOTH PASTE.
