Who makes SPV phones.?

Cannot find manufacturers website for support anyone got any ideas. I think it could be Nokia in diguise becaus it has an identical menu as the 6630

The only ones i've seen are on orange so maybe they're made for orange by somebody

Its a company called QTEK who makes them, when they are released over here they are branded Orange SPV. It's the same for O2, instead of calling them SPV they are called XDA's!
