Agnus Castus is fabulous at regulating your periods so you can work out your ovulation dates better, thus in turn much easier to become pregnant. I have heard of a lot of success stories from women you had really irregular periods and were having trouble conceiving and after a few months of taking it, were up the duff! Good Luck

I only know that agnus castus is used to try and balance hormones and improve menstral cycle in woman, I have never heard that it can help reduce a miscarriage. By all means use it while trying to conceive but I would say you stop in once you are pregnant. good luck

Always talk to your Dr about anything new you might take while trying to become pregnant. Herbal or not, it could have ramifications. Let Mother Nature take its course because there is no quick fix to anything that she is in charge of. This herb is also used in adolescent boys to get rid of acne. It doesn't seem proven as monks used to take it so they wouldn't want to have sex. It is a very mixed review on this herb. Be careful and make sure you are completely informed before taking it.

I'm not sure if it was coincidence, but my husband and were trying for six months when I started taking Vitex, and I got pregnant the next month. I would still get approval from your obgyn before taking it as it isn't for everybody.

Well I am no Medico, but if you have a bout of the agnus castus, of a severe vitex variety, I would have word with your GP fairly soon.
It sounds drastic.
