it's all in the mind, when you see or read those things your imagination runs away with you and you see it as you getting the action and your penis reacts normally as if it's about to have intercourse, what comes of it is a lubricant our penis produces which is no different from a female getting wet, it is perfectly normal. don't worry about it, your just ready for sex.

You are 21, you are an adult male. Sorry guy, but you need to learn more about your body, and do some serious research on male sexuality. You are generating pre-ejaculate which is normal for a male to produce when sexually encouraged by about anything. If you religion prohibits you from sexual activity prior to marriage, that does not mean you have to be uneducated on your own body's physiology. Spend some serious time on the net reading about male sexuality so you will know yourself.

This is pretty normal, dont worry. There is a premature ejaculate that comes out of the penis before intercourse. Ideally, this is a natural lubricant utilized in intercourse with your mate. Worry if this happens:
-You cannot achieve erection...this may be a sign of other problems
-There is burning or itching at the site
