Be up front with your current employer, no matter what the job. They will commend you for your honesty and it will serve you best for your future. In looking for another job they always want to know your last employer, in this case...the employer may give you a good reference since you respectfully put in a timely notice. Also, always put things in writing and make a copy for yourself. All in all, you'll have this off your chest and feel more confident in looking for another job. Good Luck!

Not sure what you mean by "make a two week Notice". If you mean how do you hand in a 2 week notice. You decide on a date that you want to finish work on and 2 weeks before you write to you employees and tell them you are leaving on that particular date. Hope this helps.

Once you've accepted a new job, simply submit a letter to your boss stating that you wish to end your employment two weeks from the date of the letter. OH yeah and be sure to thank them for the opportunities theyve given you, never burn bridges even on sucky jobs

I went through this recently myself (only I couldnt give my 2 weeks or I wouldnt have gotten my new job). Basically you just give your employer a typed formal letter telling them that you no longer want to work there. Say thank you for the opportunity, I appreciate the time I have spent here. Spice it up a little, it wont hurt. You never know who you will end up working for someday, its a small world.

WHEN YOU HAVE A NEW JOB- go into your boss or your HR department and advise them you are giving them a 2 week notice before ending your employment.

Wait until you get another job. Then write a letter to the manager, telling him you found another job and you are leaving on a certain date.

You wait until you have another job before you quit the one you're at. Unless you want to be really irresponsible and let Mommy and Daddy or someone else support you in the meantime..

Ask your employer for a brief moment of their time, carry a resignation letter with the specific date of departure into the meeting, and you've "got it covered."

Just go up to your boss and say, "I'm giving you my two weeks in advanced notice of my resignation." Or something to that effect. It saves on the ink and paper.
