I've been calling her Psyco B**** since I kinda adopted her. But I'm thinking that may be a bit harsh. A lack of understanding and tolerance.

what about ADHD? it's sort of like Psycho B... I mean the health conditions would be the same, but ADHD is kind of more lenient.
PMS would be an awesome name if your cat is in heat 24/7
