Ok, so i'm trying out for my school's cheer squad this friday. Tonight through thursday are clinics to learn the dance and stuff. I would like some tips for improving my toe touches and herkies until then.

Can you help with my kicks too? They're pretty high just not as high as they could be.

I trust that you do take time to stretch thoroughly before you cheer. The stretches I recommend include a figure-4 stretch (the shape made by your legs as you sit and put one foot against your thigh and lean forward), and hug a knee to your chest while laying on the floor. These will stretch your gluteus and lower back as well as your hamstrings which will help you do what you need to do.
