Actually it is Markie Mark and the Funky Bunch. The song is Good Vibrations!

The singer's name is Loleatta Holloway, and yes it was sampled in the song "good vibrations " but the original song is" Love Sensation." Another remix of the song was made in 2006 called Love Sensation 2006 .
