I have gone to preferences and power and turned auto off to one minute but it deeps turning on by itself

If it keeps rebooting, do a warm reset (hold RESET and UP, let go of RESET but still hold UP until the "Palm Powered", "Access Palm OS" or "Access Linux Platform" appears, and let go of UP. Do a soft reboot once it finishes loading, and see if that stops the problem.

If it does not, do a hard reset, substituting DOWN for the UP in the instructions above. Be aware it WILL DELETE ALL DATA, and continue. Finally, change your Palm Desktop conduit in the Custom HotSync settings for backup to "do nothing". Palms can get this if you are installing programs that don't work with flash-storage Palms. To prevent this from happening again, install the offending programs to an SD card and use them from there.
