I hope you have more than one! I keep a very special one of my own and it's only for signatures from famous artist. I don't have any suggestions maybe bcause my guitar is like very close to my heart and I just wouldn't ever paint on it unless someone I knew very well could draw really, really good then I might ask them to draw my favorite inspirational scene possibly. I'd have to give it alot of thought first though.

what kind of guitar, If it's accoustic, don't do it. If it's electrc solid body, you could paint it pink and lime green swirls with white blue and yellow rings and circles on it, it'd look just like the inside of a migrain, or maybe give you one :-)

There is this awesome chameleon paint and every angle you look at the guitar it is a different color, it is really cool.
