do women still see there menses during pregnancy

Actually it is more common than some think, it depends on the person & family history.

Ex. I have 4 female relatives that have for all their pregnancies. I have been pregnant 3 time & did so for only one pregnancy.

Most doctors don't see it as harmful, but getting checked is safe.

I haven't, but I've heard about some women that do. It is a possibility. Usually, if so, it runs in families.

You may have some spotting--call your doctor if that happens. You should NOT have an actual period, however!
