If there was such a thing yahoo answers would be out of buisness.. Forums are closest to what your looking for, like yahoo answers..

I dont beleive such a website exists. if you enter the question in the search bar MOST of the time websites will be displayed that u can enter and get your answer...

try www.howstuffworks.com it has almost every thing
and www.wikipedia.com is alway there
