just like any nationalities.. no difference. i think if u r chinese u will be accpeted more easily compared to other races..racism still lurks out there.. u wanna find hotel job? buy the Straits Times tmrw morning.under Classifieds.there'a lot hotel jobs...call them up...n good luck~

u must be english conversant plus some chinese dialets.other languages like malay n mandarin r added advantages n more preferable.u can login http:// www.jodstreet.com or any newspapers like the star,new straits times,maly mail etc.good luck.
