You have to think less and learn to appreciate the small things. In my experience, the more cluttered your life and mind is, the more miserable you'll be.

I guess happiness is a state of mind. I think I am most happy being around my family and friends. I am happy when I am in love. I am also happy when I see a smile on my son face and being love.

Happiness isn’t something that just shows up at your front door one day. You can’t order it by phone, borrow it from a friend or buy it on eBay. It’s something you must earn and develop. I think it partly comes from doing the right things, being kind to those around you, having a good moral compass, and making others happy.

Happiness is a wonderful addition to your life. With it, your quality of life is very rich and fulfilling. Without it, your quality of life is lonely and difficult. So, if you find yourself answering NO to the happiness question, make today the day you take action to turn this around. And your first assignment is very simple. I’d like you to do something nice for someone today. Since true happiness is a state of mind that has absolutely nothing to do with material things, you will be amazed at how happy the simple act of doing something nice for someone can make you feel!!
