u need to be more specific, cos if u are talking about legal issues, then the law has different sentence towards underage of an adult and a minor, or towards a minor and another minor.

I think the consequences are somewhat the same anywhere.I'm sure there is the risk of an unplanned pregnancy, concerns about birth control, a loss of self esteem for instant gratification, concerns about acceptance if you do and even if you don't, possibly dropping out of school, peer pressure, family may not be able to accept the behaviour due to cultural values etc. I realize that these ideas are very general but the concerns and resulting consequences are universal .I imagine some cultures may not be as receptive to premarital sex,never mind underaged sex.Western culture may appear to be more relaxed on social issues but there is still the pressure from society as a whole to conform to a minimum standard of behaviour. The laws regarding sexual activity(underage,prostitution,homosexuality etc) are very strict in Singapore. Caning and/or jail. You can find out more detail by checking the internet or Wikepedia.

I love this. Most people are going to give you their opinion but not actually answer the question.
Anyway, It seems sex with a minor is illegal under age 14. They are working on tougher penalties as well speak(03/2007). Also oral sex or homosexual sex at any age is illegal. If you have homosexual sex in Singapore, you will likely sentences to being canned then jailed. Which sounds OK with me! LOL.

I'm not sure about the consequences in Singapore, but the consequences for any type of sex (underaged or not) anywhere is pregnancy.
