What an uplifting idea! I think you can anticipate a positive outcome. He will glumly loan you the money with no hope of being paid back. Free money.....you have a promising future. Are you a politician?

i think he will definetly want it back..he might start reggreting that he let you borrow the money the second he gives it to you...pessimist always think the worse and even expect the worse from everything and everyone
