If u want to watch live TV through internet, u donot need a TV tuner card , however, you have to subscribe to a paid TV hosting site to see live TV on your PC which cost 50 dollars approx! But if u are looking for free stuff you can visit : the following site to see the live score, how ever u have to refresh the page time to time and for free live audio u click on link "audio commentry" on that page. At least u can hear live audio.
