How do you know dinner was late? I would take away the phone and make her stand in the corner. Then tell her next time dinner is late she will be be replaced! That way you can do your own cooking or go to the local restaurant!

Help her with dinner. Show her your love. If she's to busy on the phone, make dinner for both of you. Maybe she will see her mistake, and wouldn't do it again. OR IF you don't know how to cook, ask her what's going on, why etc etc. Discuss the "problem". But do it in a gentleman way, and make sure that the timing is right. Don't ask the questions when she's busy/tired/under the shower.
Anything you do, just don't be an idiot. Be a gentleman and a loveble husband.

Sorry people, he won't be voting for any ones "best answer" or better yet asking anymore worthless questions...he's gotta sleep sometime. eat in restuarant b4 u go home then let her cook till she finish and ask u to come and eat and u will say the truth that u finish eating out side with a free , some 1 treat u , or bring home an instant noodles then eat while shes busy talking in the phone this is a nice lesson bitter than argue or spank , or eat her etc.
