Try drinking a silmfast shake thing with every meal. That way it's like have 2 meals at the same time. A friend of mine was in the same situation and this is what the doctor told her to do.

eat out all the time like at mcdonalds and burger king or taco bells and eat a lot of junk food...although this dosnt affect everybody because of their metabolism but it does affect most who do this
