Charles Dickens. Marx criticized Capitalism in and of itself, but Dickens specifically criticized Industrialization in England. The most striking example is his novel "Hard Times". (It's a really good read, too, and not that long - I recommend it. :) )

I think it is Karl Marx, because he saw that Industrial Revolution (including capitalism) has created gap between the business owners and the workers.
