Can anyone help me simplify 2x(d²y/dx²)+3(dy/dx)-y=0 , x>0
to become

∑m(2m-1)a x^(m-3/2) - ∑a x^(m-1/2) =0

when exponent r = -1/2 and find the 1st three nonzero ter,s for this series.
