i don't know what sound card i'm using and i can't hear any sound from the speaker:(

but i removed a few of my programs recently. and i have no idea what i removed.

Download the program:

http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/downloads/detect_hardware_info/
This will scan your system and let you know what hardware you have. You can then download the appropriate driver.

If you have just formatted then this could be a problem. I you haven't this is a bigger one. Have you plugged the speakers into the corect place? try all 3. If that doesn't work you may need to buy a new sound card. also check if they're not muted on your computer by the speaker icon in the tray at the bottom right.

Try doing a restore - this should fix the problem. Or you could put in a program that is free. It is called 'Avanced Windows Care V2 Personal" For home users it is free. This program will fix all and back up.
