here water is a neutral ligand orbitals involved in hybridisation are 3d,4s and 4p.

Most people don't view metal complexes in terms of the hybridization. All bonding in this molecule would go through the metal's dx2-y2 and dz2 orbitals, where the dxz, dxy, and dyz orbitals would be non-bonding. Water's in the middle of the spectrochemical series, but if we were to call it a strong ligand, then the molecule would be low-spin, with t2g6 eg0.
