You can give a registered notice to your former employer asking for Form 16, and if you dont get any reply from them before the next financial year, you can file your I.T. Return with the details available with you and a copy of your notice sent to your employer along with other details to I.T.authorities., after paying the I.T. according to your calculations.

If your company has deducted tax from your salary, it has to give you form 16, else ask for TDS challans obtained by your company . Take help from an advocate and if possible approach the assesing officer of your area.

Pl take up the matter with company law board and Income
tax deptt. and I believe the needful will be done.
