If it is only a few days, then things will come down eventually.

But if this has been going on for quite a while then you should see a psychologist. You might have the on set of depression. erratic sleep patterns are not usually considered a good thing. And if pressure begins to be to much there might be some more problems.

I understand about the grade thing, lately I have been doing less then steller work my self, but I understand that sometimes its alright. Because if I stressed overly (more then a health get your butt to work) then I might not do as well as I could. That could also be a reason for your feelings toward your grades.

I can't tell you a good solution for your problem, because I don't know you. But if these feelings you are having now have been happeneing for a while then, go see a psychologist. They will help a lot, and you will feel much better.

Either way try not to worry to much things will get better, it might be a while, but they will.

I'm going through the same problems right now, and I know what you're going through. First and foremost: when you get home, make it a priority to all the work for the day, schoolwork that is. Secondly: If you start to feel depressed just think of all the good things in the world, or else go to the florist and buy some flowers and smell their sweet smell whenever you feel stressed, or take a nap, also, if you have any weird dreams write them down and buy a dream dictionary and find out what they mean, dreams are messages from your subconcious so always check to see what they mean. You could also check to see if your parents will set up a reward system for you. In addition to the smelling the flowers idea, put a nice peaceful image on your computer desktop and just gaze at its peacefulness, but really, just make sure you talk to your parents about it, they only want to help you and will do everything to help. Also try just playing some peaceful music to calm your nerves, that usually works for me. Just don't worry about the world around you too much and don't let anything or anyone get to you. Stay Happy =)

First, tell your parents what's going on. Contrary to popular belief, they are your biggest fans and want you to succeed in life more than anyone. Don't let them focus so much on the grades part, but on the part about how you are feeling. Ask them to take you to the doctor so you can tell him how you are feeling. You may need a little bit of medical help just to get you through this period. Don't be afraid, there are many people that feel like you feel and I would tell them the same thing - tell someone that loves you and see a doctor.

Good luck and I wish you peace!

ask yourself why you need to do these things... you need to do what you love... once you love what you are doing.... anything that comes your way will be easy... because you love it...
If you think it is a drag the problem is inside you... you think it is a drag... why? if you answer yourself in a negative way, it would be so bad. if you think negative thoughts you are sinking yourself... if you find that there is no purpose in what you are doing, then you are in hell already...
think again my friend... you might not know what opportunities lie there. successes does not come overnight... Edison did the light bulb and other inventions after hundreds and thousands of errors... you can do it too. you start where you are... you need to see what you can do and what you are good at... what you need to improve... but you have to want it first and have it first...

We think much less than what we know...
We know much less than what we love...
We love much less than what there is...
To this precise extent, we are much less than what we can be...

Explore your life... find out the meaning in your life... find the thing you want... what do you want your life to be... if you try to find the answers... the best things in life will unfold and you are in for an adventure of a lifetime!!! you need to start with a step... it is your life, your choice, your being... what do you choose to be... a defeated drag or a triumphant light... you make it so... remember, the world will open for the person who knows what he wants... think about it...

Hope I helped... ;-)

When your thoughts start to spin around in your head, imagine a giant stop sign, and hold them back with the stop sign

Write down one thing that you want to accomplish this week, carry it on a piece of paper with you all week. Ask yourself, is it realistic and achievable? Ask yourself how will you do it. Imagine all the steps involved to do it. For example, if you want to return a book to the library, imagine putting the book in your bag, getting on the bus, putting it in the book return slot, etc. You will do it.

Next week, write down two things. You will do them.

What do you think your teachers expect of you? What do your parents expect of you? What do you expect of yourself? Get a journal. Think about these things and write them down. If you are not sure, then check with your parents and your teachers. You might be expecting different things of yourself than your parents and teachers do. Focus on trying to meet one of their expectations. Like getting to school on time. That is an achievement in itself. If you get yourself to school everyday, it is an achievement. Don't forget that.

Watch what you are eating. Is your diet balanced? Try and have some fruit and vegetables every day. Even if you are taking an apple with you to eat on the bus, that is an achievement, and it is something good you do for your body.

I found i was having the same trouble at the start of the year,
but just work at your own pace start with the work that needs to be handed in first and work through it,
ask your teachers and parents for help.

Don't worry you will get through it ...

Instead of spending so much time worrying, spend the time studying and doing your homework.

Stressing over school work doesn't get it done. Actually doing it gets it done.

If you need help ask for it. The homework fairy doesn't make regular rounds.

In other words, get off your butt and get stuff done. Whining doesn't help anything. So get off Yahoo Answers and go do your homework.

and so i talked to my parents about starting school in my home country cause its asia and asia is starting school in march
so i'm going to school here now (btw i was at north america) and i'm starting in about next week!

maybe if you got enough money you could go to your home country and study there. its easier. wayyy easier. its like a break you know?
