I know someone that had his arm ripped off by a tractor,
He didn't die instantly, there was no one around to help and he bled to death

After the skin and the nerve endings in it are boiled/burnt away, you wont feel any pain (but it still is pretty awful).
If you've watched the Saw movies, you'd know worse ways to die. Don't watch it if you haven't.

No the worst way to die is to bleed out from a belly world half way around the world without the comfort of any friends or family.

Boiled alive your nerves close down when you are badly burnt and pain is very bad but I think to die of Bowell cancer when you totally block up and your waste products find outlet through your mouth.
