Questions about Texas child support orders, and non-compliance...?

I could use some advice on how to handle this situation?.....My ex has been ordered to pay $640.00 per/ mo. for our 2 kiddos. After not paying for some time, I got a wage withholding order. It has the payments broken down to $147.69 per/ wk. My problem is he only pays about 3 times a month, and never on the 5th week in a month. How is it the employer, with the wage with holding order continues to be non-compliant. Also I have another wage withholding order for attorney fees but they do not abide by it.. He is currently $28,ooo.oo in arrears. I can't afford an attorney, and have filed with the child support division, still waiting for a case worker.. I have 3 kids, oldest is disabled, and middle is adhd ld and bipolar, with the baby having adhd. I really need some advice. I could really use the full amt of child support, and the rest would be a bonus....

seems to me, you need to apply some heat to the case.

1) sit down and write a letter. in it, give your contact info, case number, his info, arrears amount, him not paying one week per month, no progress on the arrears amount, but rather its increasing from him skipping payments via his employer. ask them what they are doing about it.

then take that ONE letter and FAX it to the following:
a) your states Attorney General (link is below)
b) your states Governor (link is below)
c) your states Regional FEDERAL Child Support Office (link is below)

phone calls are useless; they are ignored, denied and forgotten. mail ends up on someones "to do" pile, but FAXES are effective. its proof you sent it and proof they recieved it, therefor, they HAVE to address it. if you cant find a fax number (most are listed online) then just call them and ask for it.

if you hear nothing in a week, fax them again. fax them weekly if need be. its the squeaky wheel that gets the oil, if ya know what i mean.

just keep at 'em. every week.

ADHD-also known as "Lazy parent syndrome" . I have yet to see to a kid that has been diagnosed with ADHD that didn't need his rear end torn up but the parent is too lazy to do it or believes in the psycho babble that you shouldn't spank your kid. Sorry, but some of these kids need the fear of God put into them. Because they never learn there are any repurcussions in their lives, they learn to act horribly and thus get labeled ADHD and it gives the lazy parent an out in their responsibility.

you can get an attorney in texas, use the pauper clause, file on him thru the judges office, they will make him pay them, and you can collect your money from them, if he dont pay, he is off to jail, and if he is behind in texas, drivers license, to carry permit, he cant do much, the laws are very good in texas if you use them.
